How To Stop Worrying And Make Your Life Amazing

Do you worry? Most people worry about somethings and some people worry about a lot of things.Do you worry

Why do we worry? Well because we fear something. But let’s think about it for a minute. When we worry it’s not about what is happening right now in our lives. It’s about what may happen in the future. All worry does is cause fear and stress. It puts your thoughts in a negative way of thinking and it ruins your day.

I remember riding in a car on a slippery road and we went around a corner and the car slid a little and I began to worry. I remember thinking to my self “We could go off the road or hit another car” But then I said to myself “Calm down. What good does it do for me to worry about something the probably won’t happen?” and I calmed down and the worry went away.

Worry is just a state of mind and when you know how to dissolve it, then it is no longer there. In his book Creating A Bug Free Mind   and in his other materials Andy Shaw teaches exactly how to dissolve all your fears.

I know what you are thinking. How can anyone teach you to stop worrying? Well as impossible as it sounds, it is true. Andy Shaw has an amazing way of knowing just how to do this. So think , wouldn’t it be great to not worry ever again?

So do you worry more than you want to?

For me, any amount of worry is not acceptable to me as it is all negative and just garbage that slows us down.

Once you learn how to remove it you will never let it back in. I still have some worry that tries to creep in, but because I have cleared out most of the garbage and I have a quiet mind I am able to catch the worry before it gets out of control.

    hi Gloria
ah the joys of worrying! Not so fun…. I tend to worry too and it does run in my family. But I have made a conscious effort to stop my train of thought and take a breath. And it typically works. As there are things that are out of our control. And it is good to remember that. Because it creates undue stress. So sometimes it does take a conscious effort to just stop, breathe and get out of your head.

      Hi Emily,
Your not alone. Most people worry more than they want to. I am glad you notice when you are worrying, as that is the first step to stop the worry. Yes, worry does create stress and who want stress?
