Get Beyond Where You’re At Right Now
Change your thoughts and change your life. What does that mean?
Well did you know that your thoughts are what create your life? Good or bad , these thoughts of ours created what our life is.
Sounds strange? Well Quantum physics teaches us that our thoughts are vibrations of energy that influence what happens to us. The video below explains it so well.
Think about it for a minute. If you could have all positive thoughts, what would your life be like? If you could control your thoughts wouldn’t you only allow good thoughts in?
Well guess what? You can control your thoughts!
It’s just a matter of noticing those thoughts that are coming in your mind and changing the negative ones to positive ones.
Did you know that because your thoughts create your life, that good thoughts take you closer to what you want and bad or negative thoughts take you away from what you want.
This is the reason why you can change your thoughts and change your life.
So now that you know this, which thoughts do you want in your mind?
Noticing your thoughts is just a matter of practicing until it becomes a habit. It may take sometime to be able to notice those thoughts on a regular basis but if you are practicing 15 seconds as often as you can, you will automatically start to be more and more aware of your thoughts.
Some good ways to start to be more aware of your thoughts is to put up some reminders that make you start to pay attention such as sticky notes. Or you could put something in a different place that will remind you. The idea is to become more and more aware of what your thoughts are at any given moment.
When you are able to catch a negative thought, try to make it just a little better or a lot better if you can.
For instance if you hear your ego talking in your head saying “You can’t do that you always get it wrong.” You could say, I can do that I will get it right this time.
Every time you are able to do this, you are interrupting a negative thought pattern and replacing it with a positive one.
The more we can do this the more we will hear positive things and it is the positive thoughts that take us towards our goals.
